Damages & Return Policy:
Products are guaranteed against damage or breakage to the original destination only. We do not guarantee products that are repacked or reshipped to additional locations. Claims for damaged or missing products must be received within 10 business days of product receipt. Claims presented after the 10 days will not be honored.
Please get in touch with your Sales Representative to receive an RMA or process a claim.
- Returning stock items must be received within 30 days of the RMA's issuance. Products received after this period will not be credited.
- All returns are subject to a 25% inspection, re-boxing, and re-stocking fee.
- All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection.
- The returned product was damaged and will not be credited.
- Customers are responsible for the original outbound shipping cost as well as all return shipping costs.
- Custom displays, including imprinted orders, are not eligible for return or credit unless they are damaged on receipt and reported within the 10-day limit.
- Visual proof of damage and packaging will be required.
- Issuance of credit or replacement will be at the discretion of Beemak-IDL.
